5 Min White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge Recipe

This white chocolate fudge takes only a few minutes to prepare and is perfect for any occasion: as a dessert, as a snack, as a homemade gift.

White chocolate, caramel and pecan fondant

* Ingredients :

° 3 c chocolate  white chips
° 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
° 4 tablespoons of butter
° 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
° 1 cup pecans chopped 
° 1/2 cup of homemade caramel sauce

* Preperation :

Combine chocolate chips, milk and butter in a medium sized glass bowl and heat mixture in microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine and heat for an additional 15 seconds. Stirring, also heat an additional 16 seconds, just if necessary. (There will still be a few pieces of unmelted chocolate left in the bowl, this is normal.)
Add the vanilla extract and the pecans and mix.
And pour onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Drizzle the fudge with a spatula until about 1 inch thick. Drizzle with the caramel sauce and gently incorporate the caramel into the fondant with a knife.
Let cool until ready to serve.
Cut into 1 inch slices and serve.
