This KETO BIG MAC salad has all  flavors of my favourite fast food sandwich, no carbohydrates, & no guilt! This makes a great lunch, it's full of protein, and is sure to satisfy those cravings!

I mean, I shared a Big Mac Chaffle a few months ago and I still make the recipe on a regular basis. It's the perfect sandwich, if you ask me!

Anyway, this time, we'll be lighter and turn a fast food burger into a salad!

This Keto Big Mac Salad has all the flavor of a Big Mac sandwich and is really easy to make!

The sauce is a version of my keto Big Mac sauce and will bring it all together. You may have to hide the clothes from yourself - it's just that good!!

* ingredients :

Big Mac Sauce
° 3/4 cup (224 g) mayonnaise
° 4 teaspoons (4 teaspoons) prepared mustard
° 2 tablespoons (2 tablespoons) dill pickles
° 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon) white vinegar
° 1 tablespoon (1 tablespoon) chopped onion
° 2 teaspoons (1 teaspoon)
° 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
° 1 lb (453.59 g) lean ground beef
° 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon) kosher salt
° 1 tsp  pepper black
° 4 cups (288 g) chopped iceberg lettuce
° ½ cup (80 g) onions, halved
° 1 cup (113 g) grated sharp cheddar cheese
° 1/4 cup (35.75 g) dill pickles

* Directions :

Make the sauce. Mix mayonnaise, pickle, mustard, vinegar, onion, paprika, and swirf. Set aside while you get the other ingredients together.

Heat 10 inch skillet on medium heat. Add ground beef, crush to break up clumps, and cook until almost done. Adding salt & pepper & finish cooking it totally .

While minced meat turns brown, chop lettuce. Cut the onion into slices, then cut it in half. Coarsely chop the pickles.
When you're ready to serve the salad, mix together the lettuce, onion, pickles, and cheese. Put in four plates. Adding half of ground beef blending  to every bowl. Sprinkling with sauce and serve directly.
