* ingredients :

° Biscuits: 2 cups of flour
° 4 teaspoons baking powder
° 1 cup cold milk
° 1/3 cup sugar
° 5 tablespoons butter (cold or frozen)
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 3 ounces fresh or dried blueberries
° Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
° 1/8 cup water
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

* Directione :

Heat oven 450 degres F .
Blend salt, sugar, flour & bakiing powder in  bowl. Adding very cold milk to  dried ingredients & blend .
When the dough begins to form, take each tablespoon of the frozen hard butter, break up the pieces and distribute them evenly over the dough.
Fold the dough and knead, repeat until all the butter is distributed in even pieces throughout the dough.And Fold in blueberries. Transfer dough to a floured cutting board and roll flat to about - thick (or to desired thickness) and cut out approximately 6 blueberry biscuits using a biscuit or cookie cutter.
If you notice that the butter begins to melt (kitchen hot) during this process, it may be necessary to return the dough to the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Do not exceed 20, because the first stage of baking powder may become inactive after this. Put it in the oven and bake for 7-12 minutes.
Melt 1 tablespoon of low-fat butter in the microwave, brushing the finished biscuit with a pastry brush. Blend glaze ingredients in bowl, & pour on raspberry crackers with  fork.

Enjoy !
