The spice and oil complement the slightly spicy taste of Brussels sprouts and finish with a mild aromatic aftertaste.

* Ingredients:

° 15 Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
° 11⁄2 tablespoons butter
° 11⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
° 3 Garlic cloves
° Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
° salt
° pepper

* Directions :

Melt the butter and olive oil in a medium skillet (over medium-high heat) until the butter is foamy.
Minimize heat to medium, adding crushed garlic also cook To lightly browned.

Removing & discard garlic.
Adding shoots cutting down, cover, & cook, without stir, on medium-low heat about 10-15 min 
The cutting side of sprouts must become nice & brown, with a buttery also nutty flavor enhanced by garlic.

Topping with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, salt / pepper to flavor.
