I am not sure if I unknowingly chose my friends because they want to share some of the content they for dinner, but thank you, good friend let me taste the Chinese pepper steak when we went for Asian food last week.  Without her generosity, this Crock Pot Pepper Steak would never have been, and our lives would be worse without her.

* You will need :

° 16 ounces of beef broth.
° 2 sweet peppers.
° 1 vegetable oil.
° 3 tablespoons. of Worcestershire sauce.
° 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
° 1 can of beef broth.
° 1 can of stewed tomatoes.
° 1 season salt.
° 1 all purpose flour.

* Methods :

In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt, then coat the meat with the mixture.

In a frying pan, heat the oil, add the meat, minced garlic, bell pepper (cut into strips) and cook until the meat begins to turn brown.

Remove the meat and pepper from the skillet to the slow cooker, leaving the grease behind.

In the pan where we cooked the meat, add the stewed tomatoes with juice and a can of meat broth to the oil.

Gradually add the flour, stirring until you create a broth, then pour it over the meat in the slow cooker.

Low lid cook for 8 hours.

Simple, easy and rich in flavour! The slow cooked pepper steak is very tasty. It doesn't hurt to change our style from time to time! Let me know if you liked it.
