Hearty and full-fledged, this roast beef and shredded pepper sandwich is a delicious cut of beef that's simmered and cooked in the slow cooker. It couldn't be easier!I like to use fried chicken for slow roasting. 

These are the cheapest and most delicious cuts of meat that are great when feeding a crowd or if you are on a tight budget.Who has no budget, right?It also has a tighter cut, so slow cooking is ideal.

+ ingredients  :

° 16 ounces cooked beef or sirloin steak
° 2 each sweet pepper
° 1 vegetable oil
° 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
° 1 teaspoon minced garlic
° 1 box beef broth
° 1 can of stewed tomatoes
° 1 season salt
° 1 allpurpose flour

* Directions :

Cut the pepper into slices
 Mix the season salt with the flour
Grease the meat with flour and heat the oil in a frying pan
Add the meat, minced garlic and bell pepper and saute until the meat is slightly cooked. Do not cook through.
Using a spoon with holes in it, remove the meat and pepper and transfer to the slow cooker, leaving the oil in the skillet.
Add stewed tomatoes with juice and a can of beef broth to the oil.
Add enough flour to make a broth with constant stirring
Pour the broth mixture into the crock pot over the meat.Cover and simmer for 8 hours.Serve over a bed of rice or noodles. your choice
