The crock pot ribs come out melt in your mouth tender and full of flavour. They're perfect for busy weekend nights or an easy weekend dinner with a baby back rib slow cooker. A quick brush of barbecue sauce and a quick grill (or barbecue) finishes these things off beautifully!

Crock Pot barbecue ribs are always a great and perfect experience served alongside our favorite coleslaw recipe, corn on the cob and baked French fries!

* ingredients :

° 3 tablespoons smoked paprika or paprika
° 3 tsp packed brown sugar
° 1 tsp salt kosher
° 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
° ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
° 6 pounds of St. Louis-style pork or baby back ribs See note
° 1 24-ounce jar of barbecue sauce (Blue's Hog original is great)
° ½ cup of apple cider vinegar if the barbecue sauce is on the sweet side

* Directions :

Set slow cooker to LOW & spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Remove the silver film from the back of the ribs.

In a bowl, beat paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, & red pepper flakes. Rubbing dry blending equally over ribs.
Brushing both sides of ribs with sauce barbecue & placing ribs in slow cooker, upright with meaty side against inner wall of slow cooker.

Pour rest of barbecue sauce on the ribs. If you are utilize a sweet sauce, pour apple cider vinegar on ribs.
Covering also simmer 5-6 h 

Serving with extra store bought barbecue sauce 
Bring sauce to  boil, reduce heat & simmer for 15-20 min  
To serve, slice the meat between the bones and serve with BBQ sauce.
