PAGHETTI SALAD




This recipe for spaghetti salad is a one-of-a-kind pasta salad filled with crunchy vegetables and Parmesan cheese, all mixed with a delicious homemade Italian dressing.   The perfect dish to feed a crowd when entertaining!

 It's a familiar favorite and it's always the first to go away and people keep asking me for the recipe.

 We've been doing a lot of entertainment lately, nothing fancy, like simple get-togethers with friends and family. For me, casual dinner parties are best - everyone is always having a good time and I don't feel pressured to hand out a ton of food, I just go for the comfort and delicious food.   This spaghetti salad is a hit at all of our gatherings - it's fresh, colorful, and crowd-pleaser!

* ingredients :

° 1 pound spaghetti
° 1 bottle 16 ounces italian salad dressing1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
° 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
° 2 chopped tomatoes
° 1 chopped green pepper
° ½ chopped onion
° 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
* Ingredients : 

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until tender. Rinse in cool water, drain.
In a large bowl, place the chopped tomatoes, green peppers, onions and cucumbers. Add cheddar cheese and salad dressing.
Add the cooled pasta to a large bowl with the vegetables and pour over the salad dressing. My heart is well enough to cover it. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
