Crispy Chicken Chicken with sweet and sour sauce. The favorite food coloring is pepper.Sweet and sour chicken is a popular Chinese fast food dish that many of us don't want to try at home.Most people are afraid of roasting frying pans and sweet pretzels, but making them is much easier than you think.

 I remember eating lunch at a nearby Chinese restaurant one day when I was pregnant with my first child, so let's blame the pregnancy. Even it smells wonderful.

* Ingredients : 

° 1 pound. chicken, I cut it to small 1inch strips.
° 2 medium eggs, let come to room temperature.
° 1 cup of flour.
° 2 cups. of water to cook the rice.
° 2 cups of water.
° 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
° Green pepper, diced.
° Red pepper cut into cubes.
° Sour sauce, I used 8 oz.
° 1 cup cornstarch.
° 1 cup of basmati rice.
° green onions for garnish

* Directions :

Step 1:
In three different medium bowls, combine the cornstarch with the flour and two medium eggs.Use a whisk to thoroughly break up the eggs.

Step 2:  Then I dipped the chicken pieces in this mixture and covered them with this mixture, then I dipped them in the eggs, and finally sprinkled them with flour.

Step 3:  I pour rapeseed oil into the Instant Pot and heat it over medium heat.

Step 4:  Then I cover the chicken and fry it on both sides for 5 minutes.

Step 5:  Then I added the green and red chili cubes with sour sauce and mixed everything.

Step 6:  In this step, you must ensure that the valve is closed and the container is set to leak and the timer is set to a maximum of 3 minutes.

Step 7: As soon as the  timer expires, I open the valve and take the chicken out of the pot and set it aside.

Step 8:  I put the Instant Pot in the pot, mix it with basmati rice and two cups of water, cover the pot and close it tightly.

Step 9: I set the timer for about 3 minutes to the highest level and then let it almost set free. 17 minutes normally.Step 10:  Finally, I garnished the sweet and sour chicken rice with chopped green onions.
