Tomato spinach shrimp pasta 😌

Shrimp, Tomato & Spinach Pasta in Garlic Butter Sauce - A delicious Italian pasta dish with loads of freshly ingredients!I like the combination of shrimp, pasta and tomato. My longtime favorite is the spicy shrimp pasta with garlic tomato sauce.

* ingredients :

° 2 tsp olive oil
° 8 oz (220 g) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
° 1/4 tsp red flakes pepper
° 1 tsp smoked paprika, 
° Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
° 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
° 4 chopped Roma tomatoes
° 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
° 6 ounces fresh spinach
° 3 cloves minced garlic
° 8 ounces (220 g) penne or spaghetti
° 2 tsp high quality olive oil (optional)

* Methods

To make this Tomato, Spinach, and Shrimp Pasta recipe: Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add shrimp, red pepper flakes, paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt to the skillet and cook over medium heat until shrimp are cooked through - about 5 minutes.Take the fried shrimp out of the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, fresh spinach, and chopped garlic. Cook over medium heat about 3-5 minutes until the spinach is slightly wilted and the tomatoes release some of their juice.Removing from heat & season as wanted . Cover with a lid and keep away from heat.Cooking pasta according to instructions on the package to cooked through. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet with the tomatoes and spinach. Heat over low heat, mix everything well, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

Once the pasta and vegetables are off, add the grilled shrimp to the back and drizzle with high-quality olive oil just before serving, for added flavor. 

Serve shrimp pasta right away & Enjoy !
