This is the best banana cake I have ever eaten.It is soft, moist and plump at the same time!I love good banana cake, it just reminds me of my childhood because my grandparents made the best banana cake.I can still smell her bread in my grandmother's kitchen, looking forward to her with my sisters.

* Ingredients :

° Half c bananas mashed

° 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, divided

° 1½ cups milk

° 3 cups flour

° 1/2 &  half tsp baking soda

° Half tsp of salt

° Half  c of soft butter

° 1 c white sugar

° Half  c brown sugar

° 3 eggs

° 1 tsp vanilla

+ frost

° 8 oz cream cheese

° Half  c soft butter

° 3 - 3 c powdered sugar

 ° 1 tsp lemon  

° 11½ teaspoon lemon peel from a lemon

* Directions :

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease & flour  9 *13 frying pan.

Putting 1 lemon tsp  juice in measuring cup. Covered wiith cup & half milk. Sit away.

Blend bananas mashed with 1 tsp juiice lemon, & set apart .

whisking butter, brown & sugar white to mixed.Add egg and vanilla. Mix until light and fluffy.Combine flour, baking soda, and alfalfa; salt in a large bowl. Alternatively, add the flour and milk to the egg mixture, and stir until combined. (Don't get too confused.) Fold the banana. Pour to prepared frying pan.

Putting it In oven & reduce the heaat 300 degres F . Baking for 61-71 min 

Removing from the oven & place in freezer for 45 minutes to making cake more moist. Cold totally before decorating wiith icing.

Beat the butter and cheese together until the mixture is fluffy. Add lemon peel and juice.

Add the powdered sugar a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Spread over the cooled cake.
