*PHILLY-CHEESESTEAK-SLOPPY-JOES*


This Philly Sloppy Joes Cheese Steak recipe is easy to make and ready in 20 minutes.These pieces of cheese are a great dish that the whole family will love!Sloppy Joes is a quick and easy weekday dish, flavored by Philly Cheesesteak.Roll the submarine with minced meat, bell peppers, onions and sprinkle with cheese.

* Ingredients :

° 6 submarine rolls divided in half
° 3 tablespoons melted butter
° 1 tsp extra virgin oil olive
° 1 1/2 p lean ground beef
° 1 bell pepper, cut to cubes
° 1 yellow onion, cut to cubes
° 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
° Half a cup of beef broth
° Salt and Pepper
° 6 slices provolone cheese, torn into 1-inch pieces

* Directions :

Preparing for the oven and pans:
Move the oven rack to the second highest setting and preheat the grill.
Line baking tray with aluminum foil & set apart .
Prepare sub rolls:
Cutting  submarine rolls roughly in half. Using your fingers to flatten rolls.Grease the cylinders from the inside and outside with melted butter and place on a prepared baking sheet.Place muffins under skillet and toast until edges are golden brown, 13 minutes.Remove the roll from the oven and let cool.For the filling:  Heat a large skillet over medium to high heat.Add the oil to the skillet and then add the minced meat.Using the back of a wooden spoon, chop the ground beef and cook until golden brown, about 56 minutes.Add bell peppers and onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. 34 minutes
Adding Worcestershire sauce / gravy. Bring  mixture to bubbles & continue to cook to the liquid has almost evaporated; 3-4 min . Season mixture with salt & pepper to taste.
Add Cheese:  Add the grated cheese to the pie filling and stir until smooth.Continue cooking until the cheese is soft and melted.
