Amazing CarrotCake with CreamCheese

This is truly the best cream cheese iced carrot cake ever!A soft and mellow bun flavored with many spices topped with an orange cream with cream cheese.

* Ingredients
° 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
° 1 teaspoon baking powder
° 1 teaspoon cinnamon
° 1/2 teaspoon ginger
° 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 3 eggs
° 1 cup granulated sugar
° 1 cup vegetable oil
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 3 carrots - grated
° 1/2 cup raisins
° 1/2 cup chopped pecans
° 4 ounces cream cheese - soft
°  1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
° 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
° 1 teaspoon heavy cream or milk
° 1 teaspoon vanilla

* directions :

Preheat oven 350 degrees F 
Prepare a 9 x 5 loaf pan with a non-stick coating
Spray and line with parchment paper for easy removal, optional.
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt
so unite.
In  bowl, blend eggs also sugar until mixed . Then add the oil
and vanilla. Mix everything together until the oil is completely combined.
Stir in the dry ingredients.
Using a spoon, add carrots, raisins, and walnuts.
Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer the loaf to a rack and cool completely.
Prepare the garnish by mixing all the ingredients together in a blender and adding more
Cream or milk if you want a thinner cream.
Freeze the cooled loaf and top with a few extra pecans if you like
