Bacon burger with double baked Idaho cheese is full of flavour!It is very easy to get into the rut of the meal. Today I am share this innovative & amazing recipe that got my family crazy!

* Ingredients :

° 4 Idaho®️ baked potatoes
° cup of melted butter
° 1 cup sour cream
° 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese, divided to use
° ½ teaspoon kosher salt
°Half a teaspoon of granulated garlic
° tsp ground pepper
° 1 pound cooked ground beef (I seasoned it with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon garlic)
° BBQ sauce cup
° 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
° 2 green onions, sliced

*directions :

Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scrub potatoes to clean and dry.
Put on a baking tray also baking for 1 h
Removing from oven & put on  wire rack to cool slightly.
Minimize oven temperature 375 degrees f .
Cutting potatoes lengthwise, & stick them to bottom. Scrapping potato parts with spoon to  mix bowl. Adding butter, sour cream, a c cheese, garlic, salt & pepper. Mashing them or beat with an electric blender, depend on texture you want.
Stuff spoon to potato peelings also place on baking tray.
Toss ground beef with BBQ sauce also pour equally on potatoes. Sprinkling every potato with rest cheese, bacon, also green onions.
Baking about 20 to 25 min
