Classic Chicken Egg Rolls

* INGREDIENTS :

° 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
° 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
° 1 pinch of sugar
° 1 pinch of salt
° 1 chicken breast
° 1 clove of garlic
° 100 g cabbage
° 100 g spinach
° 100 g of mushrooms
° 1 onion
° 100 g bamboo shoots
° 100 g of bean sprouts
° 24 pastry sheets
° Oil for frying

* PREPERATION :

 Mix the soy sauce with the cornstarch, sugar and salt. Chop all the vegetables and cut the chicken breast into cubes and sauté in oil.
Adding crushed garlic & all the chop vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce mixture. Leave to cook for 5 minutes and let cool. Roll out the dough rectangles. Placing spoonful of stuff on each. Wet the edges and fold the dough. Press the edges to seal. Let the rolls cook in the frying pan and drain them before serving. You can also enjoy them lukewarm for a dinner aperitif.
