*CookerSlow Cooker Stuff Cabbage Rolls*



*Ingredients

° 2 head-cabbage
° 2 pounds beef (or veal/beef/pork mix)
° 3 c cooked rice
° 1 egg
° 1 tsp garlic
° 1 tsp parsley
° 2 slices diced onion
° 1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
° 1-28 oz. can mashed tomatoes
° 1/4 cup tomato sauce (with meat)
° salt and pepper as needed

* Directions :

Putting head of cabbage in pot of boil water, & peel cabbage leaves one by one.
Cut rough part off end cabbage leaf with  sharp knife.
Blend all ingredients except about 15-ounce can tomato puree & ketchup & placing a small amount (sausage size) on cabbage sheet, roll like fajita & placing seam side down in  casserole plate .    I place  tomato sauce &; cabbage leaves 
Pour mash tomatoes .
Cover and bake for about 75 minutes at 375 ° C, then turn the oven to 325 ° C and baking for other 90 min, to cabbage is tender. Soak every hour.
Serve with tomato sauce.
