Fudge brownie pie recipe



Fudge, incredibly rich and decadent, this chocolate brownie is the best brownie you'll ever make.

* Ingredients
  
° 3/4 cup flour
° 1/4 cup sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
° 1 teaspoon baking powder
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° Half a cup of melted butter
° 1 cup granulated sugar
° 2 large eggs
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 2 cups mini marshmallow
Decoration cream:
° 1/4 cup melted butter
° 1/4 cup sifted cocoa powder
° 1/4 cup evaporated milk
° 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
 
* Directions :
 
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter or sprinkle a 9-inch pie pan or springform pan. Sit aside. Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.

In a medium bowl, mix butter and sugar with an electric hand mixer, and beat eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes, until mixture is fluffy and light in color.

Add it to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth, being careful not to over mix as this will make the cake look more cakey. Pour into the prepared skillet.

Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
While the brownies are baking, make the chocolate frosting. Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl and blend on medium-low speed with a hand mixer until smooth.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle the marshmallows on top immediately, and return to the oven for a few minutes to melt the marshmallows.

Remove it from the oven and carefully spread the chocolate cream over it. Let it cool completely. Cut into wedges for service.
