This easy recipe for making garlic and parmesan potato wedges will amaze you with its simplicity and wonderful flavors of garlic, Italian herbs, and flavors of Parmesan! They make a great side dish or party appetizer too!

* Ingredients :

° 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced
° 4 tablespoons olive oil
° 2 teaspoons salt
° 2 teaspoons garlic powder
° 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
° cup shredded parmesan cheese
+Optional: fresh parsley (or cilantro), ranch dressing or blue cheese for dipping

* Directions :

Preheat oven to 375. Greased baking tray with  some oil and set apart .
Put potato wedges in  bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and stir until covered. In  bowl, whisk jointly salt, garlic powder, & Italian seasoning. Sprinkle the potato slices with grated cheese, turn to coat, and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
Lay the potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with the skin sides facing down. Baking about 25-35 min, to potatoes are tender with  fork // golden. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and sauce for dipping.
