Hershey Bar Cake

A lady in my church gave me a recipe for Hershey's Candy Bar Cake. Every time I do this, there is nothing left.

* Ingredients:

° 1 box of German chocolate cake mix
° 1 3 oz instant vanilla pudding
° 3 large eggs
° 1/3-1/2 cup oil (depending on cake mix brand)
° 1 1/4 cups water (depending on cake mix brand)
° 1 8 oz cream cheese - soft
° 1 c light-granulated sugar
° 1 12 ounce frozen whipped cream (I didn't find 12 ounces and used 9 ounces)
° 1 cup confectioners' sugar
° 1 cup chopped pecans (or nuts of your choice)
° 1 Giant Hershey's Bar - grated (not regular)

* Directions :

Combine cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, oil, and water according to cake mix package instructions. Beat until smooth and pour into 8-floor pans or greased with something like Bakers Joy (I sprinkle them). Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove layers and cool.

Using a stand-alone mixer (important! unless you have a really strong arm!) beat cream cheese and granulated sugar for 20 minutes. Add sugar in sweets and beat until smooth. Add whipped topping, chopped pecans, and shredded Hershey's Ribbon.

Enjoy !
