Kentucky Butter Cake Cookies

Kentucky Butter Cake Cookies These are a fun spin on my famous recipe for Kentucky Butter Cake. They are tender, buttery, glassy and like little pieces of delicious cake!

* The ingredients:

° White cake mix: 1 box

° eggs: 2 {scrambled}

° Butter: 1/3 cup (melted)

+to glaze

° Butter: 1/4 cup

° Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup

°  Water: 1 tablespoon

° Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

+Prepare :

1. For cookies - first set the oven temperature to 350 degrees.

2. Then choose a large bowl and mix in the biscuit ingredients and mix until completely combined. That's right, the dough will be thick.

3. Make sure to pour the cookies onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment using a medium cookie scoop (or 1 tablespoon full).

4. You will need to bake for 7 to 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool on a cookie sheet for 4 to 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. And please repeat until the whole dough is cooked.

5. For glaze- In a small saucepan, combine glaze ingredients and cook over medium-low heat for 4 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved, making sure to whisk all the time.

6. If necessary, you may wish to place a teaspoon of the glaze on top of each cookie and spread it.

7. At this point, let the glaze harden and then sprinkle the powdered sugar. Always remember to keep your Kentucky Butter Cake cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
