LEGS BAKED WITH CREAM-OF-MUSHROOM

* Ingredients :


° 1 clove of garlic
° mushroom 1 can of mushroom
° flour 1 tbsp of flour
° fresh parsley
° 3 chicken thighs
° 1 onion
° 1 jar of heavy cream
° 2 tbsp of chicken sauce

STEP 1
Cut the chicken thighs in half.

2ND STEP
Brown them in oil for 20 minutes then add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, a good pinch of fresh parsley and a tablespoon of chicken sauce.

STEP 3
Mix everything and sauté until the onions are translucent.

STEP 4
Add the can of mushrooms with the juice (very important) and the second tablespoon of poultry stock and cook, covered, with about 50 cl of water for 10 min.

STEP 5
Separately, mix the cream and the flour.

STEP 6
Pour into the pot with your ingredients.

STEP 7
Simmer for about 15 minutes, until the sauce becomes very smooth.
