Million dollar spaghetti

I've been making it for over 25 years and it's exceptionally good and easy It's delicious with a green salad and garlic crunchy bread It's not a traditional pasta and sauce but an elegant one-dish meal you make in the morning and it's all ready for dinner.

* Ingredients :

° 1 package (198 grams) of thin spaghetti
° 2 tablespoons of melted butter
° 600 grams of minced meat
° 2 cans (227 g) tomato sauce
° Salt and Pepper
° 200 grams of cottage cheese
° A cup with a capacity of 60 ml contains sour cream
° 200 grams of cottage cheese
° 80 ml contains chopped shallots
° 1 tsp mince green pepper
° 2 tablespoons of melted butter
* Preparation:

Cook and drain the spaghetti.
Fry the minced meat in butter until the meat becomes brown.
Add two cans of tomato sauce, salt and pepper and set aside.
Mix all filling ingredients.
In shallow bowl containing 2-quart tagine, spread half of the cooked spaghetti.
Cover with cheese filling mixture.
Add the rest of the spaghetti and pour in more than 2 tablespoons of the melted butter.
Spread the tomatoes and meat sauce on top and let cool (you can put it in the oven right away, but it's good to prepare in advance).
Take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
