After chocolate truffles and speculoos, here is another variant of white chocolate and coconut truffles, a great combination to wow your taste buds, the sweetness of white chocolate goes perfectly with the delicacy of coconut!   We stay on the topic of gourmet gifts to be presented and enjoyed as part of gourmet tea to accompany other dishes.

**Ingredients :

° 200 g white-chocolate
° 100 grams of whole liquid cream
° 15 grams butter
° 5-6 tablespoons of shredded coconut
° pinch of salt

**Preparation:
Finely chop the white chocolate, during this time bring the liquid cream to a boil and pour it 3 times over the chocolate.
When the chocolate is completely melted, add the butter.
Mix well and combine 2 to 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut and a pinch of salt.
Once the mixture is smooth, leave it for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Once the ganache hardens, form balls of shredded coconut, and place them in small paper boxes.
Put the truffles in a box and store in the refrigerator overnight.
