*Old-SouthCoca-Cola Pork Loin*

An American family dish, a classic dish of North American barbecue, "grilled pork ribs" or Travers de Porc with barbecue sauce is a marinade for pork, to cook on the grill or in the oven. 

* Ingredients :
+4 people

° 1 kg pork ribs
° 50 cl of Coca-Cola
° 3 garlic cloves
° 5 cl soy sauce
° 3 cl of oil
° 1 c. to s. chopped ginger
° Salt or fine salt

* Preparation :

Marinate the ribs for 24 hours in soy sauce, cola, ginger and minced garlic.
Line up the ribs.
Heat oven to 130 degrees C.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ribs on all sides.
Season the ribs a little and put in a casserole dish.
Cover the ribs with the dressing liquid.
Bring the mixture to a boil and bake for 3 hours, uncovered.
Paste from time to time, the cooking liquid will evaporate and coat the ribs.
