**Ingredients:

° 2 cups packed domino brown sugar
° ¼ cup Land or Lex Butter
° 1/2 cup Borden evaporated milk
° 3 cups powdered sugar domino
° 1 tablespoon bourbon
° 1 cup chopped pecans

* Directions :

Spray bottom and sides of an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In a 3-quart saucepan, cook brown sugar, 3/4 cup butter, and milk over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until butter has melted and sugar has dissolved. heat it to complete boiling; Boil and stir for a minute. Remove from heat.

Add powdered sugar and bourbon. Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. On medium speed, beat 10 minutes or until mixture begins to hold its shape and is warm to the touch. Quickly stir in pecans.

It spreads in the pan. Put it in the fridge for two hours or until it hardens. Cut into 8 rows by 8 rows. Keep tightly covered at room temperature
