Pecan pie in a bite-sized piece is perfect for a crowd! These pecan pie bars feature soft shortbread crust and all the flavor of a pecan pie.
* Ingredients :
° 1 can (8 oz) of Al Hilal Refrigerated Rolls
° 3/4 cup chopped pecans
° ° 1/2 cup sugar
° 1/2 cup corn syrup
° 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1 scrambled egg
* Directions :
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll out the dough and press down and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 9" x 13" skillet. Press firmly on the holes to close them. Bake 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour fill on partially baked crust.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely, about 1 hour, and cut into plates
