Pecan Cheesecake Squares



The layers on these pecan pie cheesecake bars are incredible! One delicious bite and you'll fall in love! From graham cracker crust, to sweet cheesecake filling and pecan pie topping, this holiday dessert receives rave reviews from everyone!

* Ingredients :
+Short bread layer
° 1½ cups all-purpose flour
° ½ cup tightly packed light brown sugar
° Half a cup of soft butter
° cup finely chopped pecans
° cheesecake layer
° 2 packages (8 ounces) soft cream cheese
° Half a cup of sugar
° Half a cup of milk
° 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
+Pecan Pie Layer
° ½ cup packed brown sugar
° Half c light corn-syrup
° ½ c melt & slightly cool butter
° 3 large eggs, lightly whisked
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
° 1½cups pecans

* Directions :

Preheat oven to 350. Baking Layer In  bowl, mix flour with 3/4 c brown-sugar. Use pastry mixer, chopping butter to mix resembles coarse-crumbs.

Mix in a cup of 1/2 pean and place the mixture evenly at the bottom of a cooking tray raised 9 "x 13". Removing to oven, & permit cool slightly, for 10 min . 

Cheese Layer Place cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, and beat on medium speed until smooth. I beat up the sugar. 

Adding milk also 2 tsp vanilla, & whisk to mixed . Pour cream-cheese blend mix on cool shortbread. Baking for 15 min. Removing from oven & permit cool slightly, for 10 min. 

Pecan-Pie Layer In  bowl, blend rest 3/4 c brown sugar, corn syrup, & melt butter. Gently add eggs, salt, and remaining 1 tablespoon vanilla, stirring. Stir in 1 1/2 cups pecans. 

Pour the pecan mixture over the cooled cheesecake layer, and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is firm and the pecan pie layer has turned rich brown.
