PECAN-TARTS RECIPE


**Ingredients :

° 1-3 oz-pack Soft cream cheese
° 1 piece of margarine or butter, soft
° 1 c flour
° dash of salt
Mix cream cheese, ghee, flour and salt together. Shape into 24 balls. Tap each ball at 1 3/4? Muffin tins
filling:
° 2 scrambled eggs
° 1 m brown sugar
° 2 T ghee or melted butter
° 1 tsp. vanilla
° dash of salt
° 1 C. chopped pecans

* How to make it :

Mix eggs, brown sugar, margarine, vanilla, & salt. Blend well (do not whisk with paddle attachment or surfaces will become crusty instead of nutty). Divid pecans equally to pastry shells. Pour filling into crust, filling it 2/3. Baking at 350 degrees about 20-25 min. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack. Makes 24. Rich "nutty" - a real favorite
