Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust

* Ingredients

° 4 cups all-purpose flour
° 1 3/4 cup ghee
° 3 tablespoons white sugar
° 2 teaspoons salt
° 1 egg
° 1/2 cup water

* Directions :

In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, ghee, sugar, and salt. Mix with a pastry cutter until crumbly.
In a small bowl, mix eggs with water. Mix in the flour mixture. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
