° 1 c warm milk
° 1 package or 2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
° 1/3 cup sugar
° 3 1/2 cups all-purpose four, plus more for chalkboard
° 1 egg
° 1/3 cup melted butter with 1/4 cup melted butter (optional)
° 1 teaspoon salt
° Cinnamon butter and honey
° 1/2 cup soft butter
° 1 teaspoon cinnamon
° 2 tablespoons honey
° 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

* How to make it :

In a cup or small bowl, mix the warm milk with the sugar and yeast. Allow yeast to gradually starting to activate as you prepare other-ingredients.) Use a food processor or food processor, mix flour, eggs, 1/3 c melt butter also salt. Add the milk mixture and beat until we get a smooth paste. It will be more sticky and moist than regular bread dough. Placing dough in an oiled bowl, turning dough to spreading on all sides, & covering with towel. 

Let's go up to it doubles in-size. When the dough has doubled, beat it down and flip it onto a board sprinkled with flour. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Rolling dough to  flat rectangle for 1/2 inch-thick. Cutting it to 16 pieces with sharp knife & placing on a grease baking tray also leave to rise again to doubled. Preheat oven 375 degrees. 

Baking rolls about 10 min on greased baking-sheet. It will be lightly brown when take out of oven. If wanted, you can brush surfaces of rolls with the rest quarter of melt butter before serve .
Preparing cinnamon-honey butter by mix butter, cinnamon, honey, & powder sugar until well mixed .
