Two favourite meals, pizza also  burger, combine to one! You can diversify the recipe by garnishing with Canadian feta cheese, fried mushrooms, sliced ​​red onions, or crunchy pickles. Tasty !

* Ingredients
° 12 oz (375 g) lean ground beef
° 1/2 cup (125 ml) pizza sauce
° 1/4 cup (60 ml) BBQ sauce
° 1 12-inch (30 cm) whole-wheat pizza dough
° 1/2 c (125 ml) Canadian cheddar cheese
° 1/2 c (125 ml) Canadian mozzarella cheese
° 2 c (500 ml) chop romaine lettuce
° 1 red bell pepper, coarsely chopped, or 1 tomato, diced

* Preparation :

Preheat oven 425°F (220°C).
Heatnon-stick skillet on M-H heat. Add ground beef, brown, and chop with a spoon for 5 minutes or until no pink. Remove from heat, then add pizza sauce and barbecue sauce.
Spread the meat mixture over the pizza dough. Sprinkle with Canadian cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Place the pizza directly in the oven on the middle rack. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted and pastry is slightly browned. Remove pizza from oven and add lettuce, pepper or tomato.
