Wendy's Chili


Wendy's Chili Dish Made With Beans, Onions, Chili Peppers, Peppers And Tomatoes With Chili Powder And Cumin Seasoning. The perfect imitation!

* You will need:

° 2 pounds of fresh ground beef.
° 1 liter of tomato juice.
° 1 can of tomato puree (29 oz.)
° 1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans, drained.
° 1 (15 ounce) can of filtered pinto beans.
° 1 medium sized onion chopped.
° Half a cup of chopped celery.
° A cup of green pepper cut into cubes.
° Half a cup of chili powder.
° 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
° 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
° 1 teaspoon salt.
° teaspoon ground black pepper.
° ½ teaspoon dried oregano.
° Half a teaspoon of sugar.
° Half tsp cayenne pepper.

* How do:

Fry the minced meat in a large skillet, then drain it from the fat.
In a 6-liter saucepan, put the beef and all other ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 1 to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Or you can cook for 3 to 4 hours in a slow cooker over low heat.
