* Ingredients :

°1/4 C warm-water
°1 package (2 1/4 teaspoon) active dry yeast
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°1 cup granulated sugar
°1 cup milk

* Instructions :

Day 1: In  bowl, blend warm water with yeast also set apart to boil about 5-10 min. In  non-metallic bowl, blend flour also sugar before stir in milk & yeast blending.

Covering also let stand at room temperature to it bubble. Let it sit at room temperature.

Day 2: Mash the bag.

Third day: mash the bag.

Fourth day: Crush the bag.

Day 5: Crush the bag.

Sixth day: Adding cup flour, cup sugar & cup milk. Mashing bag to well mixed .

Day 7: Crushing bag.

Day 8: Crushing bag.

Day 9: Crushing bag.

Day 10: Pour appetizer to non-metallic bowl &; adding 1 C flour, 1 C sugar &1 C milk. Combine well with nonmetallic spoon Divided 1 C of starter portion to detach 1-gallon bags. Keeping one bag for yourself, and serving the rest to friends with this recipe!
