Best Ever Beef And Barley Soup

Made-to-measure soup to beat the cold winter. As convenient as you wish, this recipe requires slow boiling to release all of its flavor. Good-winter-soup on Sunday

* Ingredients :

°450 gm inside round steak
°30 ml (2 tsp) olive oil
°2-stalk celery
°15 ml (1 tsp) mince garlic
°1.25 L (5 C) low-sodium-beef-broth
°160 ml (2/3 C) pearl barley
°pepper to flavor

*Preparation :

Cutting steak to cubes.
In  skillet, heat 15 ml (1 tsp) of olive oil on medium heat. Roast beef for 3 to 4 min, to meat is tendere . Removing to fire & reserving .
Cutting vegetables to cubes.
In  saucepan, heat rest olive oil on medium heat. Cooking onions, carrots, celery, also garlic for 4 to 5 min.
Adding beef broth, barley & corn beef. pepper. Bring to boil, then covering & simmer on low heat about 51 min to 1 hour.
