** ingredients :

°3/5 L bowl Bisquik cooking mix
°2 tsp milk
°1/2 liter contains fine sugar
°2 eggs
°2 tsp melt butter
°2 tablespoons of melt butter
°1/2 liter contains fine sugar
°1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
°2 tablespoons cinnamon
°1/4 liter contains other nuts or 1/4 liter contains raisins
°1/2 liter contains fine sugar
°2 tablespoons of milk
°1 teaspoon lemon juice
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla

* Preparation :

In a large bowl, mix biscuit mixture with milk, sugar, salt, eggs and half of the melted butter; The dough should be slightly damp, but it can be handled with a dusted hand.
Clean your work surface with bisquick (I also added cornstarch for dusting) and place the dough in the center. Cover it two or three times, then wipe the top of the dough.
Grease it (rectangles are fine, but circles work too, GF dough is hard to make!) Grease the remaining melted butter over the flat dough and sprinkle the filling ingredients evenly (you can pre-mix the ingredients for garnish, or just add them evenly on top, this works great).
Carefully roll the dough into a spiral shape, pressing the tip into itself to hold it together. Cut the dough with a large kitchen knife, place the rolls in a butter dish and bake for 22 minutes.
For frosting, mix 2 cups of powdered sugar with the other ingredients (I mix them into a measuring cup to drop on the rolls when they're ready.
Let the rolls cool for 10 minutes, then serve with frosting, YUM!

Enjoy !
