Cauliflower Au Gratin


* Ingredients :

°1 cabbage flower
°100g grated Gruyère
°50cl Milk
°25g Butter
°25g Flour
°Nutmeg
°Salt
°Pepper

* Preparation steps :

Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook it in a saucepan of salted boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Melting butter in saucepan. Adding flour & mix. Gradually add the cold milk, mixing with a whisk. Adding nutmeg, salt & pepper. Cook for ten minutes on low heat while stirring and until the sauce is thick.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Placing cauliflower florets in  gratin plate . Pour béchamel on it. Sprinkling with Gruyère & baking about 30 min.
