Cheesy-Broccoli & Rice Casserole



* Ingredients :

°1/2 C butter
°1 L onion chopped
°1 c. to s minced garlic
°1 pound chopped fresh broccoli
°1/3 cup milk
°1 can CAMPBELL'S®️ Low Fat Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
°1 can CAMPBELL'S®️ Condensed Cheddar Soup
°2 cups hot cooked brown rice
°1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
°1/2 cup parmesan cheese
°1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

* Preparation :

Heat oven 350°F (180°C).
Heat butter in skillet on heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute until the mixture softens, stirring occasionally.
Adding broccoli & cooking to half soft & half crunchy, stir occasionally. Pour in milk, soup, cheddar cheese & rice. Stirring to cheddar cheese melting . Pour broccoli blend to 2-quart baking dish.
Combine Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the broccoli mixture, coating evenly. Baking in preheated oven about 20 min
