Chicken Fried Steak

* ingredients :

1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
° 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
° olive (or sunflower) oil
° 2 tablespoons of flour
° 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
° 1 pinch of pepper
350 g chicken cutlet
° 1 c corn flakes
2 eggs

* Preparation:

Step 1
  Cut the scallops into small pieces or small pieces.

In a deep dish, put a little oil, then mix the cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.

Put the chicken in the marinade, then put it on the brush well, then spread it.

Crush the cornflakes into breadcrumbs. Mix the salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and 1 teaspoon of the flour with the breadcrumbs.

Dip in order: chicken, eggs, cornflakes. Chicken is ready to fry in oil!!

Heating oil 180°C.

Fry no more than 3 or 4 pieces at a time (the oil should not cool too much), for 3 or 4 minutes on each side (depending on size). I recommend cooking only one at first to test the best cooking.
