Christmas Cake

*Ingredients :

°0.5 packet of yeast
°120 g flour
°100 g sugar
°2 eggs

+Cooking: 25min

Heat the oven to 180 ° C. Break the eggs into a bowl. Then, spill the sugar. Mix well. 
Integrate flour, and putting yeast, blend well.

You can add a sachet of vanilla sugar in the dough, cut the cake in half and spread with jam or spread when it is cold.
