Crab & Cream Cheese Snacks

Authentic and so delicious, these mini tacos are!

* ingredients :

° 12 sheets of wonton dough, thawed
For the filling:
°125 gm soft cream cheese
°100g (180ml) crab meat, drained and pressed
°100 g (160 ml) northern shrimp
° 80 ml (1/3 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
°  diced red pepper
° 30 ml (2 tablespoons) minced fresh chives

* Preparation:

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
In bowl, mix ingrediients filling
Lay six layers of wonton dough on a work surface. Using a spoon, spread half of the filling in the center of the leaves. Form mini tacos by lifting two ends of each sheet to the top. Place it on a baking tray lined with butter paper. Repeat with the rest of the sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the dough is golden.
