Creole Style Shrimp And Jumbo Sausage

This recipe is ideal to making on weekend & enjoy all week  as long as the tastes improves on time!

*ingredients :

2 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 pound (120 g) low-fat smoked sausage, sliced
° 1 chopped red pepper
1 garlic clove, peel & mince
° 1/8 tsp ground pepper-red
° ½ pound (240 g) okra, sliced
3/4 K sized shrimp
° Salt to taste
3 cups (750 ml) warm cooked rice

* method :

Step 1
In slow cooker, blend all ingredients except okra, shrimp, salt, and rice. Blend well.
Step 2
Close pot and simmer for 6-7 hours, add okra during last 30 minutes and shrimp during last 10 minutes.
Step 3
Turning off slow cooker. Serving shrimp & sausage blend with salt. Serving on warm cook rice
