Crispy Parmesan & Gruyere Potato Gratin

* Ingredients 

°100gm Parmesan cheese
°30 cl of liquid cream
° 25 cl of milk
° 1 handful of sage
° 1. 5 kg of potatoes
°1 clove garlic
°° salt pepper

*steps :

1. Preheat oven 180 degrees 6.
Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices 1.5 mm thick.
Peel the garlic clove and rub it into a baking dish.
2. Place the first layer of potato slices, about 2 cm long, on the bottom of the dish.
Cover with one-third of the cream, one-third of the Parmesan cheese, and two sage leaves. Pepper and salt.
Repeat the process three times.
We finish with a layer of potatoes covered with a layer of cream.
3. Place the dish in the middle of the oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
