French onion, bacon & cheese cobb dip

Caramelized bacon with onion and cheese sauce. The perfect game day and party snack is here. When some caramelized onions are mixed with balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon and Sriracha, and then paired with 3 different types of cheese, it makes the perfect snack to spread on slices of toast or crackers!   

* Ingredients : 

°large onion, chopped
°tablespoon butter
°2 tsp balsamic vinegar
°1 tablespoon of brown sugar
°tablespoon sriracha sauce
°2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
°8 ounces soft cream cheese
°1/2 cup mayonnaise
°1/2 C cheddar cheese
°1/2 C parmesan cheese
°6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

In  skillet on heat, melting butter & adding onions. Cooked for 10 min also minimize heat to low. Add balsamic, sugar, Dijon mustard, and sriracha. Stirring mix also cooking for 2 minutes. Removing to heat, putting in bowl & let to cool.
In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Lift and drain the peppers. Shrink and set aside.
Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, and cream cheese to a food processor and press several times to break it down. Add the onion mixture and half of the bacon and stir several times until combined. Season as desired.
Placing onion & cheese blend in a serve  dish. Topping with rest crumbled bacon & serving with french fries
