Fried mashed potato balls

Few potato balls to eat with your fingers? Definitely, everyone will love it! The setting even gives the opportunity to improvise in a home cooking workshop. Little ones will love making meatballs with their own hands! A great way to cook, enjoy and share.

*Ingredients: 4 people:

°6 sweet potatoes
°2 eggs
°1 bundle parsley
°2 cloves of garlic
°frying oil

Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into 4 and cook for 10 minutes in a pressure cooker.

Meanwhile, prepare the washed and chopped parsley, and mashed garlic, separating the egg whites and egg yolks.

Once the potatoes are tender, mash them with a fork to a coarse puree. Season with salt and pepper, then combine parsley, garlic and egg yolk. Be careful not to mix the yolks if the potatoes are too hot because they will cook.

Shape into small balls with your hands or a large spoon. Dip them in egg whites and put them in the deep fryer. Remember to flip it over while it's cooking so it's well browned all over.

Before serving, place the meatballs on paper towels to remove excess fat.

Serve these potato balls as an appetizer with a variety of sauces, or as an accompaniment to meat, fish, or a green salad.
