Ham & Cheese Bites


Low-carb brunch on the weekend ?

Six ingredients, one bowl, yes - please!

* Ingredients :

°2 C mince pork
°4 oz cream-cheese
°1/3 C coconut-flour
°1/2 tsp baking powder
°1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
°3 scrambled eggs

* Methods :

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Blend ham & cream cheese To totally blended .
Add the rest of the ingredients until well combined and let cool for 10 minutes.
If you skip refrigerating the dough, it will flatten while cooking and won't be nice round balls
Drop it on a greased baking sheet or muffin tin
Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
