Homemade Fried Mozzarella Sticks

*ingredients :

° 1 1/2 C dry Italian rusk
° 1 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 2 pack (16 oz) mozzarella-sticks
° 4 large eggs, whisked to mix
° 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

* Directions :

In a medium bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, and salt.
Cutting every mozzarella stick in half.
Beat eggs in shallow bowl & dip cheese sticks to eggs to covering them completely, letting the excess eggs drip to bowl. Covering cheese with breadcrumb mix & press to it sticks & is completely cover. Repeat dip cheese sticks to egg blending &; bread-crumbs to coat again. Placing cheese sticks on baking tray, covering & freeze to firm, 2 hours.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Work in batche, fry cheese to golden brown, faboutor 1 min per side. Transfering fried cheese to plates. Sprinkle with rest cheese and serving.
