Indian Fry Bread

* Ingredients

°frying oil
°water
°ghee or butter
°Salt or fine salt
°25 cl Whole Wheat Flour (T110)

*Preparation

Combine the salt, flour and about 125ml of lukewarm water.

Make a dough with it and knead for ten minutes.

Add oil and knead for two minutes.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave it for at least 30 minutes.

Take balls of dough about the size of a ball and roll them with a nail.

Heat the oil (I'm using a frying pan with about 2 inches of oil in it).

Insert the mullet into the oil and spray it.

Fry the purees, which will puff up until browned very quickly (30 seconds to 1 minute of cooking).

Drain and carry on with others. You can fry several purees at the same time.
