* Ingredients:

+For crust: .
°1 tablespoon of freeze-dried coffee. 
°1 tablespoon of hot water. 
°120 grams of soft butter. 
°2 tablespoons (two tablespoons) of peanut butter. 
°75 grams of sugar. 80 grams of cornstarch.
°180 g flour, 
for garnish: 
°180 g coarsely chopped pecans 
°3/4 cup (180) g butter 
°180 g brown sugar 
°2 tablespoons molasses

* Ingredients & preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Line a 9-inch (23 cm) square tray with parchment paper.
3- Put the coffee in a bowl and pour hot water over it. For reservations.
4. Mixing butter, peanut butter, sugar & melt coffee to a cream.
5- Mix the cornstarch and flour, then add them to form a homogeneous dough.
6. Spread the dough on the bottom of the pan and prick it with a fork.
7- Bake for 20 minutes.

9- Heat the butter, brown sugar and molasses until the butter melts. Bring it to a boil.
10. Simmer about 5 min, & toss with chop pecans.
11- Spread the filling on the crust.
12. Let it cool in the mold, then remove it from the mold and cut it into bars.
