Pecan Sandies




We offer you  delicious cookies recipe that you can adapte to your taste by substituting nuts other types nuts, dried fruits or chocolate chips!

*ingredients :

°1 cup cane sugar
°2 tbsp. Baking powder
°1/2 tsp. vanilla-extract
°2 Prana Organic Raw Pecans,
°1/2 cup organic raw coconut oil
°3 tbsp. a tablespoon of water
°1/2 cup raw organic hazelnuts
°1/2 cup 70�rk chocolate chunks
to add
°1 mashed ripe banana
°2 cups buckwheat flour or gluten-free all-purpose flour
°1 c. Prana Organic Whole Chia Seeds
to add

* Directions : 

Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
In bowl, mix flour, sugar & baking powder.
In separate bowl, blend 1 cup every of the pecans, coconut oil, shea, water, & vanilla until well combined.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Add the rest of the pecans, hazelnuts, chocolate chips, and banana until you get a smooth paste.
Place a tablespoon at a time for dough time on the prepared baking sheet. Leave space between each, as cookie will puff up.
Placing in a preheated oven on center rack & bake about 15 to 20 min.
Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
