Roast Garlic Parmesan-Cauliflower


This easy recipe for roast cauliflower top with Parmesan cheese & lemon peel making fresh also delicious accompaniment.

*ingredients:

°1.25 liters (5 cups) small cauliflower florets
°45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
°1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) black pepper
°Salt
°0.6 ml (1/8 teaspoon) ground red pepper flakes
°1/2 C Parmesan cheese
°5 ml (1 t) grated lemon peel
°Chopped fresh Italian peppers (main course), if desired

Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Spray a 37.5 x 25 x 2.5 cm (15 *10 *1 inch) skillet with cook oil.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. It spreads in the mold.

Roast, stirring occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes, until cauliflower is tender and golden. Take it out of the oven. Sprinkling with Parmesan cheese & lemon-peel. Garniish with chop parsley.
